- Strong experience as a BA in DevOps or software delivery environments.
- Hands‑on with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Nexus/Sonatype, Jenkins/Ansible, and CI/CD tools.
- Familiar with monitoring and logging tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
