The hourly rate for this role includes a competitive share of Tronc. 100% of Tronc is distributed to the staff, giving approximately £3-£3.50 per hour above the standard hourly rate of £13.10

What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepping daily cuts, setting up the fridge with fresh, high-quality selections, and breaking down whole carcasses, from prime steaks to secondary cuts. Crafting in-house specialties, dry‑aged burgers, sausages & more. Prepping for our signature experience boxes and making restaurant‑quality meals for home working alongside top chefs, combining butchery and cooking.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced butcher or chef looking to hone butchery skills
- A passion for quality, precision, and full carcass utilisation
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
- Deep knowledge of meat cuts, ageing, and preparation techniques
- A focus on cleanliness, highly organised, and a good working knowledge of food safety
