Part-Time Safeguarding Designated Officer (Social Worker)

Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group is searching for a Local Authority Designated Officer to oversee allegations against adults working in regulated activities with children. This part-time permanent role (18.5 hours) allows for hybrid working, combining office time at Grand Central, Stockport with homeworking.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker with experience in safeguarding. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training are essential. You’ll be a key part of a supportive team within the Safeguarding and Learning Service.
