Aircraft Mechanic – Line Maintenance Up to £50,000 (including £4,000 shift allowance) Rotating Shift Pattern (5-4 / 5-5 / 4-5) PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join a busy Line Station operation based in Hampshire. This opportunity has arisen due to continued operational growth and increased maintenance demand within the business aviation sector. This role will see you supporting Licensed Engineers with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on business aircraft. Experience on Falcon aircraft is considered a strong advantage; The successful candidate will join a high-performing production team, playing a key role in ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. Ensuring safety, quality, and full regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities• Accurately recording man-hours, materials, and completed maintenance documentation• Supporting AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and MRT (Mobile Response Team) activities as required• Maintaining high aircraft presentation standards• Supporting the Line Station Manager with regulatory adherence and improvement initiatives• Mentoring and coaching Apprentices when required
