About the Opportunity

The Chambers of Akshay Mohiley is currently seeking a Junior Associate to support its growing practice, particularly in matters involving the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Noida. This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional to gain substantial hands‑on experience in real estate law and litigation.

Eligibility Requirements

• LL.B. from a recognized law school
• 1–2 years of professional legal experience preferred (recent graduates with substantial internship exposure to litigation or real estate matters are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong legal drafting and research capabilities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Registration with a State Bar Council is desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Support in managing client matters before RERA, Noida and similar regulatory bodies
• Conduct detailed legal research and assist with the preparation of legal documents
• Attend hearings and engage in court proceedings
• Contribute to case strategy and client communication
