I’m looking for a dog walker to walk 1 dog twice a week on Mondays and Tuesdays. We are based in BR5.
Oakley is a neutered 2 year old rescue from Cyprus.
He’s a medium sized dog, a mix breed of Labrador and Pointer (we think). He is full of energy and very loving. He is good with other dogs and loves making new friends whether it is human or with a tail, and he’s amazing around children.
He is very happy, with lots of energy, knows his name and answers to it. Good with recall but sometimes has selective hearing; we’re working on that. He loves ball and is ball obsessed.
The only thing you have to be careful of is if you take him off of his lead near a road, as he is a runner “for freedom”. He’s strong and pulls on lead, which we’re trying to work on.
He is really good in open spaces such as 5 Arches, Danson Park, High Elms and Dartford Heath. He also loves to investigate and loves to swim even in cold weather.
