As a Graduate Merchandiser, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in forecasting, stock management, supplier relationships and commercial decision‑making while developing your career in a fast‑paced global business.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Merchandising team with supplier relationships, cost prices, lead times and payment terms
  • Produce and analyse stock, sales and product performance reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Forecast demand and manage stock levels to support sales and minimise out-of-stock occurrences
  • Help manage pricing across categories to remain competitive while protecting profitability
  • Develop a strong understanding of product ranges, competitors and the wider retail market
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to support sales, profit and operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative and analytical support while contributing ideas to improve processes and product performance
  • Opportunity to visit suppliers and gain exposure to international sourcing and manufacturing operations

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in a relevant subject such as Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics or similar
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office programs
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commercial mindset
  • Motivation to develop a long‑term career within merchandising and commercial operations
  • Placement year, internship or part‑time experience in retail, merchandising, buying or supply chain (desirable)
  • Knowledge or interest in WSSI, forecasting or category planning (desirable)
  • Interest in sport, e‑commerce or international retail markets (desirable)
