Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Technician at our Maidenhead location. The Technician will perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records of completed work. The role involves collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills, including vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Hands‑on experience with BMW vehicles or similar high‑performance automotive brands (preferred)
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards within the automotive industry
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Organization and attention-to-detail to maintain accurate service records
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Valid UK driving license
• A proactive and positive attitude toward continuous learning and skill enhancement
