HLOP Driver or VNA – ASAP

Location: Erdington, Birmingham. Pay: between £13.40 and £15.28 per hour. Hours: Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing

• As a VNA Driver: MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE.
• Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
• Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
• Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.

As a High‑Level Order Picker

• Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
• Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• In‑date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
• A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
