We’re working with a specialist SEN school in Sunderland supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex needs.

The role

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them feel safe, regulated, and ready to engage.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
  • Building strong, trusting relationships
  • Helping pupils access a structured daily routine
  • Working with staff to implement consistent approaches

About you

  • A psychology graduate or someone with a strong interest in behaviour
  • Curious, patient, and ready to learn
  • Calm under pressure and genuinely caring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
