The role
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them feel safe, regulated, and ready to engage.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
- Building strong, trusting relationships
- Helping pupils access a structured daily routine
- Working with staff to implement consistent approaches
About you
- A psychology graduate or someone with a strong interest in behaviour
- Curious, patient, and ready to learn
- Calm under pressure and genuinely caring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
