Location

Sittingbourne – 3.5T Delivery Van Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies within an 80‑mile radius of the branch, with daily deliveries of 10–30 to new build construction sites, residential customers, and other businesses.
• Carry out vehicle checks.
• Load and unload deliveries, manually handling heavy items such as boilers, radiators, toilets, and sinks.
• Assist in the warehouse when returning from deliveries early, including unloading stock, picking and packing orders, stock checks, and general tidying.
• Work a permanent 40‑hour week (Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00, with flexibility); no weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Previous multidrop driving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with PDA devices.
• Team‑player attitude, eager to assist in the warehouse to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
