Job Description
- Delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using correct methods and equipment to our standards.
- Share the menu story, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures.
- Maintain pride in your workspace, keeping the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean and organized per cleaning schedules, company, and COSHH standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Assist the team on other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person.

- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus.
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
