What You’ll Do
- Commercial reporting & forecasting Assist with weekly, seasonal, and annual sales and margin planning across category, channel, and market. Produce accurate weekly trade reports analysing sales & margin, and forecasting demand trends, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Range planning Work alongside retail partners to analyse performance, and proacgtively shape the range in conjunction with them.
- Brand & retailer liaison Build and maintain strong relationships with both brand partners, and retailer partners, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
- Order management Lead inbound PO’s, and freight management, ensuring products are delivered on time, maintaining availability in line with targets.
- Critical path management Be the guardian of the product journey, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Market Awareness Stay on top of industry trends by conducting competitor research and sharing insights with the team to support product development.
Who You Are
You are a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry. As this is a hybrid role, you will be used to adapting your communication style and methods to ensure you remain up to date on the needs of the business.
You have minimum of 3 years+ of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, ideally in a similar analytical role.
You possess excellent planning skills and are highly numerate, with a keen eye for detail. You are comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting data – experience with Google Sheets is preferred.
You are an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with internal and external partners.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage your own workload, and are a natural team player.
What We Offer
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Interview process
This will be a two-stage process

- Final stage – Meet with Directors for informal discussion.
