Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our new Preston store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission. This part‑time, permanent position requires you to work 4 hours per week. In return for your hard work, you will have opportunities to grow and develop within your retail career. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

- The stamina to work on a fast‑paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure
Key Activities
- Approaching customers and providing helpful and knowledgeable information on products
- Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions
- Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale
- Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Continuously replenishing stock to keep shelves fully stocked
- Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner
- Ensuring the shop floor is always clean and tidy to a high standard
- Performing additional ad hoc duties as required
