Sales Assistant – Full Time – Woolwich

Job Details

Salary: £26,363 per annum (including London weighting) plus up to £2,000 discretionary bonus annually.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full time.

Location: Woolwich.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you will be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. No prior pawnbroking experience is required.

Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets
• Handle transactions accurately and securely
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required
