Salary: £35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£70,000-£80,000+ OTE)

The Opportunity
As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying prospective business customers
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs
- Generating new business opportunities for the wider sales team
- Learning consultative sales and business development techniques
- Managing your own pipeline and activity levels
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
