LSA – SEN Learning Support Assistant Special Needs SEMH

Salary: £95–£115 per day. Job Type: Long Term.

Join us as an LSA – SEN Learning Support Assistant Special Needs SEMH in an SEN School. SEN school recruiting a Learning Mentor to support students with SEMH needs. Provide tailored guidance, help manage emotional and behavioural challenges, and foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal LSA – SEN Learning Support Assistant Special Needs SEMH for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
  • Familiarity with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
  • Experience in collaborating with parents, carers, and support staff.
  • The LSA – SEN Learning Support Assistant will establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.

Qualifications/Experience

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
