About the Role
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be a vital part of the brigade, ensuring the smooth running of a section and supporting the Chef de Partie and other team members. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing direction and support to the team to meet day‑to‑day operational requirements.
- Assisting management with planning and forecasting of stock and orders.
- Supporting the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of stored food.
- Ensuring Food Safety standards are met through high hygiene and sanitation practices.
About You
- Strong track record working in a professional kitchen, ideally managing a section in a 5* hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
- Excellent time‑management and customer‑focus skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail, demonstrated through accurate paperwork, organised department and adequate stock levels.
- Proficient PC literacy.
