We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Administrator join a successful manufacturerand supplier ofa wide range ofproducts for the construction industry.
What you’ll do
- Process orders, call-offs, quotes and customer enquiries (email & phone)
- Liaise with branches, Key Account Managers, Technical and Estimating teams
- Monitor stock, deliveries, shortages and service issues
- Produce accurate weekly/monthly reports and track KPIs
- Flag delays, resolve issues and keep customers informed
- Support continuous improvement of CSO processes
What we’re looking for
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and producing management reports
- Calm under pressure and able to manage a busy workload
- Self-motivated, team-focused and driven
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and Teams meetings
