Salary: GBP27500 – GBP28500 per annum + Company Benefits
Role: Workshop Technician
Location: Swindon
Salary details: £27,500-£28,500 (OTE £32k+) + No Weekends + Days Based Shift Pattern, 40hrs + Flexible Start and Finish Time + Optional Paid Overtime + Training + Pension + Holiday
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain and weld on mechanical products.
- Work within a small team of Workshop Technicians.
- Take part in a Monday to Friday, days-based hours (8:00am–4:30pm) schedule.
- Contribution to basic welding and repair tasks; retain safety and quality standards.
- Option for flexible start and finish after successful completion of probation.
Requirements / The Person
- Have had MIG welding experience OR mechanical repair experience.
- Experience in mechanical repairs is desirable but not necessary.
- Recent college or trainee graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Background in welding will be considered (workplace experience, college course, industry experience).
- Willing to be trained.
- Live locally to Swindon.
