We’re partnering with an incredibly exciting Oxford biotech using cutting‑edge 3D genomics technology to uncover novel, genetically identified therapeutics. As it expands its already exciting pipeline, this established, nimble company is hiring its first dedicated antibody discovery leader to define how antibodies are discovered, engineered and translated across the company’s pipeline.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role with direct influence on programmes, partnerships and long-term scientific direction.
The Role
You will lead the antibody discovery strategy across the organisation, acting as the expert who connects target biology with drug development. You’ll work across internal teams and external CROs to design and deliver antibody programmes from concept through to candidate selection.
You will also play a key role in shaping pipeline decisions, evaluating targets, defining strategy, and ensuring scientific rigour across programmes reporting into the CSO. There’s significant growth opportunity in this position given the exciting ambitions of the company and how this role will contribute to this growth.
About You
- Deep industry expertise in antibody discovery / engineering with end-to-end programme experience
- Track record of progressing antibodies from concept → candidate selection

This position is based on-site in a brand new facility in the centre of Oxford.
