Welder Days/Nights

Meridian Business support is recruiting welders for their client based in Alsager.

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in MIG welding and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• MIG welding mild steel components
• Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
• Fabricating and assembling parts as required
• Inspecting welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
• Supporting production targets and deadlines

Hours of Work

Monday – Thursday, 7am – 3.45pm

Friday, 7am – 1pm

Rate of Pay

Day rate: £14.24 to £14.94 depending on skill levels.

Night shifts (4 weeks training on days) – nights with shift allowance is £18.97 to £19.92.
