Job Title: Large Format Digital Print Operator

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 depending on experience and skill set

A creative and forward‑thinking design and print business is looking for a Large Format Print Operator with strong experience and the ability to back up a small format digital print operation.

This position offers an experienced large‑format professional the opportunity to run the large‑format side of the business, contribute new ideas, and advance within a growing creative company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will shape the core production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of large format production – from ordering materials, to loading, printing on LF machines, laminating, cutting, and mounting.
• Operate Roland SOLJET printing machines and use Versa Works software; experience with similar machines and software is acceptable.
• Use Microsoft products (including Outlook) proficiently.
• Possess working knowledge of Adobe design products.
• Work with Xerox Versant small‑format machines when required.
• Deliver high‑quality output under tight deadlines while adhering to standards and production schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members to drive business forward.
• Install large‑format vinyl on surfaces, erect exhibition stands and assist with signage installations – training will be provided, but foundational understanding is required.

Position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
