The rewards

• £13.75 per hour, rising to £16.57 per hour after 8:00pm

Hours

• Full time, rotating shifts Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm or 2:00pm – 10:00pm

The role of Warehouse Operative

• Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations by carrying out inbound, outbound, and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Picking and packing products accurately for retail delivery orders, handling stock with care
• Working efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment by following all Safe Systems of Work, SOPs, and hygiene requirements

The ideal Warehouse Operative

• Punctual and reliable
• Able to work to targets and operational KPIs independently or as part of a team
• Physically capable of manual handling picking tasks on foot for long periods
• Follows all site safety systems of work
