Job Overview
We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Community Support Workers to join our Reablement Service across East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk.
As a Community Support Worker in our Reablement team, you’ll work with individuals who need short‑term support after discharge from hospital, illness, injury, or a change in circumstances. Your role is to help people rebuild confidence and learn or re‑learn daily living skills so they can remain safely and independently in their own homes.
Work Schedule
Shift patterns of 7 on / 7 off, available 7 am‑2 pm and 2 pm‑10 pm.
Hourly rate: weekdays £13.10, weekends £14.06.

- you are compassionate, patient, and a great communicator
- you have previous care experience (minimum 2 years)
- you enjoy supporting people to build independence and improve quality of life
- you can work flexibly, including some weekends
- you hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- you are keen to learn and develop in a supportive team environment
