Structural Revit Technician

Location: North Kent | Rate: £35-40 per hour | Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension) | Arrangement: Hybrid

The Role

• Producing precise and well-coordinated structural Revit models
• Generating detailed plans, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from Revit models
• Collaborating closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection
• Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure drawings meet both internal and industry standards
• Contributing to Revit families, templates, and BIM protocols
• Supporting the development of BIM workflows and promoting best practices across the wider team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Structural Revit Technician role
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with excellent knowledge of structural detailing and coordination
• Good understanding of UK building regulations, detailing conventions, and BIM standards
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
