Senior Building Services Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Building Services Manager / M&E Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a driven and technically strong professional to lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical services across high-profile construction projects.

The Role

As Senior Building Services Manager (M&E Manager), you will take full responsibility for the delivery, coordination, and quality assurance of all M&E packages from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical services on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
• Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, budget, and quality standards
• Maintain strong H&S and regulatory compliance across all M&E activities
• Provide technical support to project and commercial teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Senior M&E / Building Services management role
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, education or leisure projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering or similar
