About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Estates Administrative Assistant to join our Estates Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a busy and collaborative department, ensuring the smooth running of property and estates‑related activities across the business.
You will be central to maintaining accurate data, managing internal communications, and supporting key processes that underpin our estates function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Management team
- Maintain and update the Estates database, ensuring data accuracy at all times
- Act as a key point of contact, facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage the Estates issue ticketing system, triaging and allocating queries appropriately
- Support the processing of estates‑related invoices and payments
- Attend meetings and produce clear, structured notes
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to support team operations
- Preparing reports and assisting with data collection and analysis
- Maintaining spreadsheets across different property portfolios
- Managing incoming calls and queries via the Estates function
- Liaising with external contractors, consultants, landlords, and legal professionals
- Supporting file management and post‑completion administration
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Commercially aware with a “can‑do” attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Experience with ticketing systems or property management tools (desirable, not essential)
- Exposure to Estates, Property, or Legal environments (advantageous but not required)
