Overview

As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation by loading your van, delivering products to customers’ front doors and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers’ front doors with a smile.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the delivery van.
• Assist the team with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
