Residential Support Worker – Full Time | Permanent

We are looking for caring, committed, and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting children and young people within a residential care setting. Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children and young people in their day‑to‑day lives.
• Building positive and trusting relationships with young people.
• Completing daily recordings, reports, and other required documentation.
• Contributing to care planning and risk assessments.
• Supporting educational, social, and recreational activities.
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment.
• Attending team meetings, supervision sessions, and training events.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
• Acting as a positive role model for young people and new team members.
• Supporting senior staff and shift leaders in delivering high‑quality care.

Training & Development

• A comprehensive induction programme.
• Full training on internal systems and procedures.
• Access to extensive online and face‑to‑face training.
• Regular fortnightly supervision and ongoing support.
• Opportunities to complete the QCF Level 4 qualification.
• Development in completing risk assessments, care plans, and document checks.
