Your Responsibilities

• Support pupils with complex additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other SEND
• Assist in delivering personalised learning activities and programmes
• Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environmentWork closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapy staff to support pupils’ progress
• Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

Requirements

• Experience working with children with SEND (specialist setting experience preferred)
• Patience, empathy, and a caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse pupil needs
• Commitment to supporting inclusive learning and wellbeing
