I’m currently supporting an innovative engineering organisation working on highly advanced electronic and embedded technology projects within a safety-critical environment.
They’re looking for a Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering cutting-edge hardware and FPGA solutions.
✅Key responsibilities include:▪ FPGA firmware development using VHDL/Verilog▪ Embedded systems development▪ Full product lifecycle involvement from requirements through to integration & verification▪ Digital & analogue electronic circuit design▪ PCB schematic capture/layout support using Altium▪ Technical leadership & mentorship within the engineering team
What they’re looking for:✔ Strong FPGA development experience (Intel Quartus / AMD Vivado)✔ Solid background in digital electronics & embedded systems✔ Experience across the full engineering lifecycle✔ Understanding of PCB design & real-time systems✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable:➕ Exposure to MATLAB, Python or C➕ Experience within complex or safety-critical engineering environments
