Salary: £37,870 – £50,474 (MPS/UPS – Outer London Pay Scale)

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• ECTs welcome – 1:1 Mentor, bespoke induction, and continued training
• Strong academic background – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards at a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level
• Willingness to listen to feedback
