Wholesale Merchandiser
Contract: 9 month fixed-term with the possibility of being extended or going permanent
Location: Flexible hybrid working style with three days in the London office
The role
The Wholesale Merchandiser plays a critical role in transforming Pandora’s wholesale merchandising operating model, leading the transition from a financial fill rate approach to a product level, demand led forecasting and fulfilment model. Acting as the merchandising owner for wholesale partners, this role is responsible for establishing range architecture, embedding disciplined assortment guardrails, and driving forecast led order execution. The Wholesale Merchandiser will operate at the intersection of merchandising, sales, demand planning, and supply chain, influencing cross-functional ways of working and shaping how Pandora partners plan, forecast, and fulfil product. This role is pivotal in improving demand visibility, inventory health, and commercial performance across wholesale, while ensuring alignment with Pandora’s global merchandising strategy and values.

What to expect from the role
- Own the development, implementation, and governance of partner relevant wholesale range architecture, aligned to Pandora DNA and seasonal strategies.
- Define, enforce, and monitor mandatory assortment guardrails, proactively identifying risks and course‑correcting in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain.
- Lead bi‑annual structured range reviews with internal stakeholders and key wholesale partners.
- Own partner level SKU forecasting, consolidating sell out data, market signals, and commercial inputs into clear and actionable rolling forecasts.
- Implement and manage a rolling 13-week product level forecast with key partners, embedding disciplined forecast reviews and accountability.
- Lead quarterly forecast reviews with wholesale partners, driving actions, decisions, and follow‑through.
- Own exception management for forecast versus fulfilment performance, driving root cause analysis, resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Evolve OTB reviews to incorporate demand, fulfilment, and range compliance metrics.
- Act as the primary merchandising authority for wholesale, representing the channel in cross‑functional forums and influencing ways of working across Global and Cluster teams.
The successful candidate
- Proven merchandising experience, within wholesale or multi‑channel retail environments, with strong commercial judgement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sell out data and market signals at SKU level to inform range and forecasting decisions.
- Experience implementing demand led forecasting approaches, including rolling forecast horizons.
- Highly structured and detail oriented, with a disciplined, process driven mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence cross‑functional teams and challenge ways of working.
- Clear and credible communicator, able to lead range and forecast discussions with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive, organised, and solutions focused, with a continuous improvement and change mindset.
- Collaborative team player who operates with integrity and in line with Pandora values.
