Responsibilities

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greet guests upon arrival, administer check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Courteous and pleasant attitude
• Conflict resolution experience
