On-Site Transaction Services Assistant – Retail Support

Harrods is seeking a Transaction Services Assistant to join their Transaction Services team. This full-time role focuses on supporting Retail teams with large transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include providing guidance for transactions, handling refunds, and maintaining compliance with procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and PC literacy are required. This position is purely on-site, working 5 out of 7 days a week.
