We are presently seeking Full‑Time and Part‑Time Care Assistants for Lambeth Care Services in South West and West London (Lambeth, South Kensington, Westminster, Ealing, and surrounding districts) to provide person‑centred care in clients’ homes.

Position Overview

We are seeking devoted, trustworthy, and compassionate people, both drivers and non‑drivers, to join our care team. As a care assistant you will help people in their homes preserve independence, dignity, and quality of life by offering practical and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Help with personal hygiene such as dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Assist clients with daily living tasks
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Assist with light housework and food preparation
• Encourage and remind patients to take medications
• Assist clients in accessing the community or attending appointments when necessary
• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns appropriately
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
