Impact Recruitment is looking for an experienced logistics professional to join one of our clients on a permanent basis. The role involves managing the dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring a clean working environment. Location

Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary

£28,000 – £32,000 per annum

Hours

Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm

Duties

• Package and label items within the warehouse
• Palletise products and wrap the pallet for safety
• Load goods onto vehicles using forklifts
• Ensure excellent hygiene is maintained
• Count and organise stock levels
• Follow procedures and maintain good time‑keeping
• Complete documentation as required
• Communicate and liaise with other departments
• Organise the yard and storage areas
• Operate various forklifts

Requirements

• Forklift licence required (Counterbalance)
• Good accuracy and computer skills
• Enthusiastic team player and keen to learn
• Excellent self‑motivation
• Health & Safety knowledge
• Excellent numeracy and communication skills
• Able to work with attention to detail
