Warehouse Operative Days Hatfield

About the Role

We’re looking for full‑time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our Hatfield operation in partnership with Arla Foods. This role offers an entry point into a future career in management, sales, transport, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a chilled environment (1‑4 °C) using MHE trucks and RF guns.
• Manual order picking and stock movement/rotation in the fridge.
• Unload and load vehicles while maintaining strict health, safety and food hygiene standards.
• Perform various warehouse tasks with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic IT skills.
• Willingness to learn and build a new career.
• Previous experience or interest in warehousing.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive rate of £13.70 per hour, overtime at an enhanced rate, 40.25 hours per week, 4 on 4 off day shift (0700‑1900). Access to high street discounts, staff shop, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, holiday pay, and ongoing training through XPO University.
