Job Description:

Case Management: Manage a caseload of property damage, uninsured loss recovery, credit hire and non-fault accident matters. Conduct thorough legal analysis, review relevant documentation, and develop effective strategies to pursue claims.

Legal Research: Stay updated with relevant legislation, regulations, and case law related to motor claims litigation. Conduct legal research to support case arguments, identify precedents, and strengthen the overall legal strategy.

Negotiations: Engage in negotiation efforts with opposing parties, insurers, and solicitors to reach favourable settlements or resolutions. Advocate for clients’ interests, while demonstrating strong negotiation skills and maintaining professional relationships.

Client Management: Provide exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication, managing client expectations, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly. Keep clients informed about case progress, updates, and any potential implications.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout the litigation process. Accurately maintain case files, document all relevant information, and follow internal processes and procedures.

Application Criteria:

  • Experience in motor claims.
  • Proven experience in managing a caseload of litigated matters.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law related to credit hire litigation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favourable outcomes.
