The Role:

• As a BMS Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking preventative maintenance and diagnosis on building control systems
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment
• Respond to customer service call outs
• Complete service and repairs to BMS Systems on sites.

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Building management systems engineer (BMS)
• You will be experienced in the service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs of Building management systems
• Ideally experienced working on Trend systems. Trend IQ Vision
• Any experience on systems such as: Tridium, Distech, Schneider would be an advantage
• Electrical skills / qualifications
• Strong understanding of HVAC Plant rooms and associated plant
