Responsibilities
- Welcoming new Homeowners and supporting them to settle into their apartments.
- Providing a professional front‑of‑house service and dealing with all visitors in a friendly manner.
- Being the first point of contact for all Homeowners and offering help, support and advice as necessary.
- Working in collaboration with partners and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the estate.
- Being the ‘face’ of McCarthy & Stone for the families and friends of Homeowners.
- Dealing with Homeowners’ issues with sensitivity, respecting confidentiality and privacy.
- Managing the development – gardens and grounds – efficiently and effectively, ensuring a safe, secure and well‑maintained environment.
- Facilitating social interaction and helping Homeowners enjoy retirement living fully.
- Ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.

- A basic awareness of Health and Safety is advantageous.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Current first‑aid qualifications are an advantage; training will be provided.
Hours and Salary
Hours: 18 hours per week over three days (job share post). Salary: £13,534.56 actual plus benefits and bonus.
