We are an ambitious team incubated and supported by ImpactEd Group. The role would be employed by TEP Services Limited.
We started TEP because we were convinced that understanding how school stakeholders think, feel and act in relation to school is one of the most valuable things a school leader can know. The evidence bears this out: engagement connects to attendance, attainment, employee retention and school culture. Yet most schools still rely on annual surveys disconnected from the outcomes they want to move.
Three years on, TEP works with over 700 schools across the UK, UAE and Australia. We have built a national dataset of more than 330,000 pupils and 30,000 employees, and contributed to and were recognised in the UK Government’s 2026 Education White Paper as a case study in how engagement data can support school improvement.
We are now appointing a School and Community Engagement Officer to join our community team at a pivotal moment in our growth. At its core, this role holds a portfolio of school and Trust partnerships, works alongside the team to secure effective use of TEP by partners and build long term relationships, building advocacy and case studies to showcase benchmark beating practice across the sector.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. The right person will bring education sector, school or Trust experience, a real instinct for what partners need, confidence translating engagement data for school and Trust leaders, and the excitement of helping to scale a growing organisation. You should care about the mission and bring genuine curiosity about what TEP’s data is showing.
The opportunity
Our partner base has grown rapidly over the past three years to over 700 schools across the UK, UAE and Australia. We are appointing a School and Community Engagement Officer at a pivotal moment, joining as a partner-facing colleague with strong influence on how we deliver to schools and Trusts, holding a portfolio of partnerships, and working closely with the wider community team to enhance the TEP community experience.
You will work closely with leaders to deliver the day-to-day experience of TEP, develop resources and run data review sessions to support use of engagement data in leadership teams, use AI and automations to enhance working practices and scale our work.
We are a small, mission-driven team and this is a high-trust, high-ownership role. The right person will care about the quality of the partner experience, be genuinely curious about the problems schools and trusts are trying to solve, and be excited about using AI tooling not as a shortcut but as a genuine accelerant for good work.
The role
Day-to-day the role will involve partnership management of our schools and Trust partners to support their use and understanding of our platform and its insights. The role will also build community engagement with our national research projects and support wider partnership and network building. We anticipate this role will involve an element of travel to visit our school and Trust partners to provide support and training.
About you
We are open to a range of backgrounds. The right person will bring education sector experience or partnership management skills, a genuine interest in school improvement, and real enthusiasm for the way engagement data and AI are changing how schools think about pupil and staff outcomes. You should care about the mission and bring genuine curiosity about what TEP’s data is showing.
