One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a part time male Spa Attendant to look after the Male Locker Rooms. This role involves working 16 hours per week on 2 days out of 7. There will be weekend work and early and late shift cover with the earliest start time of 06:00 and the latest finish time of 22.30.

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the duty management team, ensure the highest standards of maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the spa operation. Support the spa therapists, receptionists and the Fitness team, be a constant presence for guests and members; assisting them with their needs and requests. Show passion for outstanding guest service, positive attitude and effective communication skills. Quick, efficient and pay close attention to the smallest details.

  • Be aware of all facilities offered and promotions on offer at any given time.
  • Assist with tours, showing our facilities as required.
  • Adhere to training set down by Manager/Supervisor.
  • Arrive punctual and prepared in advance.
  • Ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and remove soiled linen.
  • Receive training on all relevant legislation pertaining to Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
  • Display courtesy to guests and fellow staff at all times.
  • Attend to guests throughout the entire spa operation.
  • Ensure guest areas, including locker and fitness areas, are kept clean and within standards following Commitment to Clean guidelines.
