Guest Experience Concierge

Joivy is seeking dedicated hospitality staff in the City of Edinburgh to ensure excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, managing guest queries, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, fluency in English, and a problem-solving mindset. The contract offers 40 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, along with 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays.
