Position Overview

Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for an F&B Team Member to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life.

Contracts available: Fixed‑Term, Permanent – Part‑Time (16 hours per week) or Full‑Time (40 hours per week). Weekends and evening availability is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, take orders and serve them, communicating menu recommendations and providing a personalised service.
  • Work in a team to create an excellent environment for guests, staying aware of intolerances and allergies, and collaborating closely with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams.

Qualifications

Experience working in a similar role within a hospitality environment is desired, but the primary requirement is a warm and authentic personality with excellent communication skills.
