Office and Governance Coordinator

Location: Middlesex Street, Central London

Salary: £31, 412 – £39,762 Inclusive of LW

Band C

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office & Governance Coordinator to support our Centre Directors and play a key role in the smooth running of both centres. This is a varied position where you will be at the centre of day-to-day operations, providing high-level administrative support, coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, and ensuring governance processes run efficiently.

You will manage complex scheduling, prepare professional documents and presentations, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. A significant part of the role involves supporting governance activity, including organising board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and papers, and taking accurate minutes. You will also support inspections and regulatory processes, maintaining well-structured records and documentation.

Alongside this, you will take ownership of office coordination, from maintaining SharePoint systems and internal communications to organising events and ensuring the office environment runs effectively. You will work closely with colleagues across INTO and our university partners, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive and professional working culture.

This role would suit someone with strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and confidence working with senior stakeholders. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, producing high-quality work, and using systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
