Salary: £30,230 (based on an average 40 hour working week)

On Target Earnings: Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £44,000

Programme Overview

  • Duration: A comprehensive 18‑month journey where you’ll dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our in‑house training experts
  • Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one‑on‑one guidance

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service
  • Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less; if you don’t have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
  • Happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Potential Current Roles

E.g., MOT Tester, Panel Beater, Fast Fit Mechanic, Roadside Technician, Tyre, Key Assist, Apprentice – 2nd year complete (Level 2), Marine Mechanic, Railway Worker, HGV/RO Driver, Ex‑Military Personnel, Agricultural Mechanic, Motorbike Mechanic, Aerospace Technician, Vintage Car Restorer.

Responsibilities

The role will involve diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, providing excellent customer service, rotating shifts in various weather conditions, and ensuring timely completion of service calls. You will be expected to apply technical knowledge, communicate effectively with customers, and meet performance standards.
