Job Overview

Looking for a rewarding part time role with all the school holidays off? Love supporting young people and making a real difference? You’ll support students with learning/emotional difficulties, helping them thrive in 1-2‑1 or group sessions to become more independent.

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning/emotional difficulties in 1‑2‑1 or group sessions.
• Help students develop independence and progress toward learning goals.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Positive, patient, and caring approach.
• A genuine desire to empower and support young people to succeed.
• Experience supporting young people, and experience with autism, learning needs or social/emotional challenges, although not essential.

Benefits & Conditions

• 41 days paid leave and an extra 18% of salary paid into pension.
• Term‑time only – guaranteed school holidays off every year.
• Contracts range from 15 to 25 hours per week, part‑time, with pro‑rata salary and holidays.
