About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Multi‑Trade Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis working on social housing contracts. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of an NVQ level 2 in either joinery or plumbing and be a competent tiler. Additional tasks include basic roofing repairs, floor laying and brick work.
Key Responsibilities
- Joinery and plumbing work to NVQ level 2 standards.
- Tile laying in accordance with client specifications.
- Basic roofing repairs.
- Floor laying and brick work on social housing contracts.
Key Requirements
- NVQ L2 or above.
- Skilled and in‑date CSCS card.
- Basic DBS (processing available).
- Experience working on multi‑trade social housing contracts (desirable).
Hours & Pay
Pay: £19.77 PH CIS.Company van and fuel card included.Working hours – 8am‑4:30pm Monday to Friday (overtime available).95% of work will be based on Salford social housing contracts; occasional work in Blackpool or Liverpool may be required.
